I am In Network with many health insurance plans (please see complete list below). If you have a question about whether I am In Network with your insurance, you may contact me at admin@heydrq.com or (253)785-9367.
However, if I am not in-network with your insurance, and you would like to work with me out-of-network, you will be responsible for paying the private pay rate for each session upfront. Afterward, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement you receive may vary, ranging from none to partial or full coverage.

I provide video consultations for clients and patients across Washington state, Hawaii, and PSYPACT-participating states. In-person office visits are also available in Tacoma, WA. My one-hour session fee is $225, unless negotiated or contracted differently with an insurance carrier or EAP. Accepted payment methods include checks and credit cards.
For clients, my out-of-pocket rates are as follows:
- Intake or initial appointment (any duration, CPT 90791): $225
- 60-minute follow-up (at least 53 minutes, CPT 90837): $225
- 45-minute follow-up session (38-52 minutes, CPT 90834): $200
- 30-minute follow-up session (16-37 minutes, CPT 90832): $175
Please note that the amount I bill to in-network insurance companies may differ from the insurance-contracted reimbursement rates, which are usually significantly lower.

Pros: Overall, paying for sessions through insurance may be more affordable (considering copays, coinsurance, and deductibles if applicable) compared to paying the entire session fee out of pocket. Additionally, health plans usually provide a searchable directory of In-Network Providers.
Cons: However, video visits and telephone visits may not be covered by insurance. Pre-authorization of sessions might be required, and there might be a limit on the number of sessions covered. Clinical diagnoses must be documented, and visits must be medically necessary to be covered by insurance. Insurance companies may request copies of your treatment plan and session notes.
